Excellant Technician. – I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gillis today and let him repair my Hitachi 50" tv. He showed up the same day to do service that I called on. He is well knowledged in his profession of 42yrs. He questioned me on the problem and said he had the parts to do the job. He said it would take about 2hrs. to replace the STK's in my unit because the colors wouldn't align. The job took 1.5hrs and the problem was fixed. Convenient and friendly! – Samsung sold us a bulb for our television a month and a half ago and it's already out. They are supposed to last at least a year! Mr. Gillis works out of a nice shop next to his home. It's very safe to go see him, he lives with his wife and adorable chocolate lab! He showed me the new bulb and casing and how to assemble it (though he did it for me right then and there!). Nice guy, not very professional though – Mr. Gillis was the best price I could find in the Memphis area to do in-home big screen TV repair. I called every Memphis area mobile TV repair place I could find a listing for. On our initial phone conversation, he knew exactly what the problem was and quoted me $225 cash to fix it. No tax on cash payment, tax added for check payment, and he doesn't take credit cards. He said on the phone that he knew what part it needed and that he had plenty of them on his truck. Awsome Deal!!! – Mr. Gillis (the owner) himself fixed my TV at my house. I called and called to find some one who would not just tell me to bring it in or pick it up. He arrived on time, was very nice, and HONEST!!! I highly recommend him and will use him again.
