Had Cory and others over a couple of times working on our house recently. They were prompt, helpful, cleaned up afterwards and their work was great. Cory took the time to communicate options so we made and understood the best choice.
Called to request a service call on our mini-split heat pump. Google reviews were very positive, so we expected a great experience. Receptionist took our info but no definite schedule was given. We followed up three times by phone and were promised a return phone call. Three weeks on and not even a courtesy phone call. In the meantime, we hired a competitor who was in constant phone contact and showed up on time. Hooray! Maybe Gillis' work is good...but we'll never know. Their customer service is a "zero".
