I have been to many different dental offices, in multiple different states and routinely get my 6 month recall cleanings. The cleaning I recieved was not thourough. Some of my teeth were polished first. No Cavitron (ultrasonic scaler) was used, and the hand scaling felt incredibly minimal which mostly was focused on my fixed retainer area. I recently underwent a tooth extraction procedure, during which I was attended to by Dr. Lawler and Ms./Mrs. Ruby. Despite my initial apprehension, their compassionate and patient demeanor was greatly appreciated. Both individuals maintained clear and effective communication throughout the process.
