I had great experience today. Had an ultra sound this morning. Person who did my ultra sound named Monika was very humble and professional. Reception person was also very kind and provided great customer service. I would defiantly recommended for the future appointments . No line up and get turn pretty quick.
Went for an ultrasound, the person helping me Fazia was amazing and made everything so easy and fast. She’s super easy to talk to and a great person overall
I had a very positive experience during my ultrasound appointment. The technician Fouzia was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
I had an ultrasound here and left feeling very upset due to how the situation was handled. The technician informed me there was no heartbeat and that the baby measured behind, but the way it was communicated felt blunt and lacking compassion. In such emotionally difficult moments, patients need kindness and sensitivity, which was unfortunately missing in my experience. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves how they support patients.
Had a great experience at the clinic with my wife's ultrasound. The technician, Monika, was fantastic! The staff at reception was very friendly, and I'd definitely recommend this clinic.😊
