I recently had my Ultrasound done here by Fozia mam,she was very kind,helpful and patient.
We had a very disappointing experience at this ultrasound clinic. My wife is pregnant, and during an already stressful time for us, we expected at least a basic level of empathy and professionalism. The technician was extremely rude to my wife. Before the appointment, we were instructed to drink water and arrive with a full bladder, which we followed exactly as requested. Phone number at extension 2 given in google goes to voicemail straight most of the time. Google shows open on Saturdays but when we reached there it is closed and phone number not reachable. Very disappointing experience. Please value other peoples time and energy and have it accurately updated in google.
The experience at this ultrasound clinic was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, professional, and caring throughout the appointment. Fauzia who was attending us was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and well organized. We truly appreciated the kindness and care we received during such a special time. Highly recommend this clinic! ❤️
