I was referred to them through the VA Community Care. First they threw my paperwork away, not once, but twice. When the VA called they said I had to have an appointment before paperwork was sent. So, finally got an appointment that I had to make myself. Upon arriving 10 min early on the day of my appointment, I am turned away because I haven’t gotten my DL switched to Texas yet.
