In a time of emotionally stormy seas they are the lighthouse beacon helping to guide anyone through the paperwork, loss and grieving process. Brandon and Leslie were the utmost when I lost each parent. Professional and loving. As well as all the staff. It was a great relief to see Scott Chasteen when he came to get my father at Heritage House when he passed. The whole staff goes out of their way for families and meets all their needs.
