took wifes truck to get repaired several months ago. We got the truck back, but they didnt install the door trim between doors, left a dent where they replaced trim molding, a d to this day we are STILL waiting for them to come up with one fender well trim! My wife has called numerous times, a d the lady always tells her that she will call her back within the week....a d NEVER CALLS BACK!!! WE ARE STILL WAITING ON WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
RecommendedI dropped my car off at the Midland location for Gillian’s and the customer service was great! Jacob the owner has always been extremely warm and helpful, and Jason was extremely welcoming and helpful in answering any questions I had. If they put that much into their Customer Service, I’m excited to see the end result! They seem to genuinely care and take pride in their work.
Gillihan promptly fixed my car after an accident and is currently working on my husband’s. After calling around Midland and being told I would have to wait literally months, a friend recommended Gillihan. They are by far the nicest and most professional body shop we have ever used. Both times, they got our car/truck in within a week. Both times, we have gotten updates every few days. Both times, they worked with insurance to get paid so we didn’t have to manage that too. From my experience working here, I’ve always loved the friendly environment. I’ve not yet met the new owners, but my father says they are wonderful people! I live in Colorado City, but if anything called for a repair on my vehicle, I’d definitely be taking it there�
