By far the most thorough doctor I have ever had. Dr. Gillies always takes her time and is very thorough when addressing my medical issues. I never feel like she is rushing me out of the office, which I have often found is the case with other doctors I have dealt with. I was misdiagnosed for years because I had a difficult to diagnose condition and I truly feel like Dr. Gillies saved the day by not only giving me an accurate diagnosis, but also coming up with an effective treatment plan. Dr. Gilles is the best rheumatologist I've ever seen. She takes time, is caring, considerate, and an excellent diagnostician. I would refer anyone to her.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist. She should be fired. I received a missed call from this number, when I called back to return the call, this receptionist told me “Nobody called me”. Certainly they did, because this missed call was left on my caller ID. I asked where the office was located, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. After googling this number I realized it was the rheumatologist my family doctor requested I see.. definitely won’t be going here now.
