Gillian is a phenomenal counsellor - rich in empathy and practical tools to assist with depression, anxiety, shame based anger, self esteem, relationships and self defeating behaviors. Gillian has made an indelible impact on my life and family and I am grateful for her expertise.
A psychologist that doesn’t listen... Probably one of the rare professionals where if you go in feeling bad, you will come out feeling worse! Instead of taking about the reasons I was there, we spent majority of the time discussing why my opinions were wrong. Please don’t waste your time or money unless you like being told how you should think.
