I will be forever thankful for Dr. Bassirpour. She discovered a very serious problem for me that I could have easily died from, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I tell everyone that Dr. Bassirpour saved my life because she truly did. She listens, she is engaged, she is very smart and on top of the most recent research. She cares about her patients. I thank God for the day I walked into her office.
Dr. Bassirpour takes time to listen to my concerns, is friendly, and empathetic. I felt confident going over my treatment plan with her to take care of my allergies and asthma.
Listen to patients better and not make them feel like you don't want to help them. Dr. Bassirpour wanted to resist any tests that needed to be done and wanted me to seek my PCP for something that she could have done with no resistance and not wasted both of our time. I felt like I had to repeatedly state my concerns for her to listen and order blood tests for skin allergies that were VERY evident.
