Dr. Ellis was my physician while I was an inpatient at South Lake Hospital for PE/DVT. She was personable, compassionate and, most importantly, relentless ordering the proper tests and procedures to be certain I left there with a health plan going forward. She often would sit and talk a while to be certain I understood what was going on, or just to have a friendly chat to get to know each other. I wish she had a private practice and could be my primary care physician. She is an outstanding doctor.
