No communication skills Called Gilliam's Heating and Cooling THREE times. Each time someone stated that they would call back to schedule an appointment to come to my home to investigate my cooling issue. No one has called within the 2 weeks weâÂÂve waited. Extreme lack of communication. Have gone on to choose another local company. Will spread the word regarding their poor communication skills.
Excellent customer service Wonderful service technicians. Really nice and fast service.
