I have lived here for 5 years and have not once saw a roach in my apt the management are nice and I love my apt how every there are some problems with cracks and the floors coming up I love living here
It’s really so much from the time I filled out my application, I couldn’t do a walk through because that’s their policy. Your walk through is basically when you get the keys to your unit. Just like some places you don’t see nothing wrong until you settle in. So I went with Gilliam place despite the four months wait.
