UPDATE 3/11/2025: Another successful job by Gilliam Construction! 2 bathroom remodels, flooring, painting, and additional closets added. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every person they sent to our home was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work they did was not only great quality, but exactly what I envisioned. Gilliam was completely professional in the remodeling of my master bathroom. The quality of the work was top notch and I would definitely use them again.
Called and made an appointment to get an estimate on a rebuild. John came out, said I was going to get an email. It’s been over 2 weeks with no response! I even emailed back just for a follow up…no response. I’m guessing my rebuild was too small for their business.

Gilliam just completed a few projects in our home and we are very happy with the work they did! Everyone we interacted with was professional and kind, and clearly cared about their work.
