We are very happy with our experience with Gilliam! We had never hired a general contractor and were nervous about embarking on the whole process, but the team did phenomenal work. We are far less afraid of home projects now and would definitely hire Gilliam again! We finished our shower, and it looks very, very nice.
We called around seeking estimates to repair our garage. Gilliam Construction was the only company to respond. They came out within two days and gave us an estimate which was very close to the insurance adjuster's numbers. They started the job within a week of us settling our claim with a 3rd party for damages. The crews that worked on the project were on time, worked hard, and kept us updated on the progress.
