We hired Gilliam to remodel our bathroom and update the flooring throughout our home, which hadn't been renovated since the 1950s. Their pricing was budget-friendly, and they completed the work on time without compromising on quality. The team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.
Gilliam Construction did a great job on our house remodel. We had our Kitchen, and 3 bathrooms remodeled, our flooring replaced, and they built us a custom stair railing which was beautiful. The whole process from start to finish was much easier, than I thought it was going to be. They were very easy to deal with. All of their workers and subcontractors all did a great job and easy to deal with. I would recommend them and use them again in the future if I need something else done.
Gilliam Construction was great at communicating & patient while i found the beams i wanted for the project. They offered a fair price for the work & their guys were polite, professional, very conscientious and thorough with the work they did. I'd highly recommend them.
