Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home left my mother laying in their cooler for TWO WEEKS before cremation. We never received any updates or apologies. Then they delayed Sophie's inurnment for yet another TWO WEEKS. Repeat inquiries sent to Jon Cody were deflected to an assistant decrying slow paperwork and Jon's knee surgery the next week. We did not hear a word from Jon Cody for a whole MONTH. They laid claim to her ENTIRE $3865.14 funeral trust account and then billed us an additional $39 for death certificates.
