Gilley Mechanical is amazing, and we will never use anyone else! When our air conditioner stopped working, we had another company come out to service our unit. They told us there was a leak, it could not be repaired, and we would need to replace the entire system. We originally called Gilley to get a quote for a new unit. He mentioned that he knew the unit type well and may be able to repair it instead of replacing it. I have a heat pump unit in my small condo in Midtown Atlanta, and am thrilled to have Ray Gilley and Gilley Mechanical at my fingertips. My experience - especially this past week with the terrible winter weather at hand - has been excellent. They are easy to reach - real live human beings answer the phone! They are responsive. My nearly 20 year old hvac unit suddenly stopped cooling my house on a Saturday morning. I called Gilley Mechanical on my brother's recommendation as Ray got my brother's 30 year old Trane unit running a few months back.
