I have been in the restaurant industry for many years. There customer service is top notch. They always back there products, either new or used. Their pricing is always competitive with online stores. Marci and Anne are total rock stars.
We have been working with Gillette since the first day we opened. They have been nothing but fantastic to deal with and are always there when we need help. I couldn't have higher praise for their people and services.
These guys (mostly gals) are top notch. Very business oriented, no hoky poky about them. They have the stuff; good new and used; and they support it well, keep great records (cause I don't) and are very knowledgeable. I don't use any other place.
Gillette Equipment came to the rescue for Thanksgiving day! We had a fresh 44 lb Turkey and it wouldn't fit in pans we had, Annie had one the perfect size and even waited after hours for me to get there and pick it up! I will be going to Gillette Resaurant Equipment for any pans I need in the future Thank you!!!
Thank you very much Ann for providing all the items we needed in record time for our event this past weekend. I really appreciate you taking the time to work with our office in order to get the pieces and small wares we needed quickly and at the best price! This place is a hidden gem in central mass!
