I miss John's Steakhouse......
I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers for delivery and was never given a tracking number or delivery confirmation. When I called to ask for an update, I felt that customer service was unhelpful and my questions were not answered clearly. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and a more professional attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected.
We used Gillespie's Events and Florals for our event at the Greenbrier Concours weekend and I highly recommend them! They were so attentive, professional, and efficient.

We absolutely loved working with Gillespie’s for our wedding. Martha is professional and full of wonderful ideas. She listened to everything we wanted and made amazing suggestions we hadn’t thought of. Martha’s strong leadership and knowledge clearly reflect her years of experience in the industry. The bouquets, reception flowers, and ceremony arch were absolutely stunning—we were blown away. Martha and the team were a complete joy to work with. Highly recommend!!!
