I have been renting from Gillespie Properties for over ten years, and I’ve never had any issues regarding maintenance repairs. They respond quickly and address the situation at hand. They keep the grass cut and the bushes trimmed to make the neighborhood look very nice. I couldn’t be more pleased.

we have ants in window and yard maintenance could do a better job they haven't replaced our gutter end it is just in the yard we have a old tree over our house and the branches are all broken falling on to the roof
