Great guys 🙏 It only took a few days from getting a quote to getting the plumbers out to install a new sewer connection 😁 Gary made the process simple and easy, he even dealt with council for me 🙏
These "plumbers" don't seem to understand how gravity works. Water flows downhill, so when they fill drainage ditches with dirt there's a problem. Called out to fix it, they came, did nothing.
After having some boys come out and do a quote it took me a week of phone calls only for them to eventually say they're not taking on the job as they're too busy atm. All this time wasted when I could have sourced a plumber elsewhere. Also became full of hidden fees in the invoice like $110 call out fee to give a quote
Very prompt service, a knowledgeable English man arrived within a few hours and unblocked our sewer.
