If I could do zero stars I would. DO NOT HIRE JAMES!! I hired this man and FIRED him because HE AGREED on MY behalf of an order I never saw or agreed on. He never communicated, only continued my cases until he couldn’t anymore. He was the worst lawyer I have ever witnessed. Well they charge u 150 to talk to the lawyer… That’s ridiculous.. U think they would not take anything unless they was going to help… You have to talk to them to see if they will help..Should not take peoples money to just talk and explain what u need done…Make it hard on someone disabled or ssi… But Not here u got pay 150 and be told they to busy…Not right at all…
Terrible excuse for a law firm. Won’t return calls and the receptionist keeps hanging up on people. Receptionist is VERY rude and not helpful at all. My husband had one simple question and Gillespie won’t return his calls even though he’s already been paid to preform his services. Don’t recommend.
