I used to love this agency, and William Gillespie has been very helpful in the past. However, now when I call, the phone doesn't even ring before the answering machine picks up, asks what the call is about, then says 'let me connect you to a representative that can help with that', which then connects me to another recording telling me that all representatives are busy assisting other customers, please leave a detailed message. My mother went there this morning and two ladies that worked there discriminated my mother and did not wanted to help her at all, she was on her phone and ignored my mother and acted she did not see her. And even when she was free she said she would rather work on something else and made my mom wait 45min until she felt like helping her.You guys need people that are respectful and treat others the same.

You're in good hands. I've had dealings with these guys for years and have no complaints. The people in this office branch have been super kind and helpful.
