We couldn’t be happier with the 5 STAR experience. Excellent service and great value! From the office staff, sales and the installer’s onsite, everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The installation was efficient and seamless. They took the time to thoroughly explain how our new furnace works with the thermostat, humidifier, and booster, making sure we understood how to use everything properly and get the best performance. We will definitely go back for our air conditioner. Thanks a million!
I hired this company to remove an old wood‑burning fireplace and install a new gas unit. The gas installation itself was completed, but the surrounding cavity was left uninsulated after the old unit was removed. This resulted in a significant cold draft through the fireplace area. Insulation of the chase cavity was not included in the contract, and I acknowledge that I assumed the area would be left in a similar condition to how it was found. These guys are great. I highly recommend them.
My central AC is tripping the breaker in my house, so I called them to come and fix the issue but they didn’t fix it and charged almost $200 to say I should get an electrician. So you would be better off to choose a company that has an electrician. I mean aren’t air-conditioning systems electrical? Shouldn’t an AC company have an electrician working for them?
In the past my Mother had an Emergency Parts & Service plan, it served its purpose and she was satisfied. She sold her house this past summer. We cancelled the service plan but the company is continuing to bill her and it causes considerable stress for a 95yr old senior who feels she needs to continue to pay.
