Honestly, I'm upset because me and my husband were starting to open up to him and came up disappointed in the end. We had been seeing him for about 2 months now and had a standing appointment for 10am Thursday which worked well with our busy schedule. Very disappointed in my experience. Gilles Marchal was disrespectful and acted like he was unprofessional beyond belief. No rescheduling allowed. I tried to reschedule and was told it was impossible. I didn’t have a ride to my appointment so I called saying I was late and was met with a reply “I am not your babysitter.” I called for help and got treated with disrespect. This guy shouldn’t even be a counselor.

This guy is great. He’s a gifted counselor who knows what he’s talking about. My outlook on life and his suggestions has helped me greatly in every aspect of my life. I highly recommend Gilles as he is compassionate and caring individual!

He is incredible! I have been going through counselor after counselor putting 100% effort. Only after seeing Gilles(pronounced "gee-ill"lol) did I learn the tools that I needed and how to use them, but also started feeling confident in myself. Progress was being made almost immediately after I began sessions and if you've had counseling, you'd know it takes awhile before seeing results.
