I have never met any GPs there but the Clinpath Pathology staff is very slow. It took them 60 minutes for 5 patients and trust me I am not exaggerating. I was number 6 and I waited 60 mins for my turn.
Poor experience. Multiple tests were ordered without my knowledge or consent, and no one explained the costs upfront. The recommended lab charged far above the Medicare rate. Felt like a preset routine, not personalised care. Very disappointing lack of transparency. I would not return.
