I’ve had a long relationship with Ralph at Gillen Marine. Originally I talked to him about zipwakes. He gave me a lot of info and really helped me. I ended up going with more heavy duty Humphrees but I never forgot how Ralph helped me. So when my Lewmar anchor windlass seized up I gave Ralph a call. After taking it out and trying to service it, it was determined that the main shaft had cracked and it was probably going to cost more to fix than to replace given its condition.
