I called them at 7 this morning. Explained that my toilet tank was leaking, that it was my only bathroom and that I had to leave for a business trip tomorrow. By 1, I still had not heard from anyone so I called back. She then tells me that they have to call me back. When she calls me back, she tells me that they can’t make it. Came out to snake my downspout drain. Said he only had 40 feet. Not enough & left. Never gave me any other options. Like come back or reschedule with more snake.
