Called Gillece because there was a puddle near my water heater. Their guy came quickly and was polite. He told me I needed a new water heater and quoted me $3,800 plus another $1,200 for a regulator. The price caused me to shop around, and doing so led us to discover that *the water heater was fine*, and the leak was coming from the nearby boiler expansion tank, which was a $50 fix. I almost coughed up $5,000 on repairs I was told I needed which wouldn't have fixed the problem.

i called about a possible toilet leak around 8pm and was able to set up an appointment for noon the next day. roger showed up right on time, was really friendly, and even took off his shoes before coming inside. the repair was for the basement bathroom in my house in pitcairn. roger checked everything out and said he could get it fixed quickly. he replaced the tank valve, seal, and also added a flexible water fill line behind the toilet. he was very knowledgeable, fast, and handled everything in a professional way. the cost ... read more

Unprofessional appointment setter. Spoke with the owner three times to for him to apologize, then to set an appointment, and then to cancel my appointment the day before. All of these horrible interaction and horrible business practices from a recommendation.
