Dil is professional and is a well versed realtor. I’ve known him many years and it has been a pleasure to watch him grow his office and clients base. I highly recommend him.
Dilshad Gillani and his family are crooks. They frauded my family our of their home. They frauded people who weren't aware of the details of real estate dealings.
Seriously pick anyone else. If they have to resort to cold calling grieving families because they are trolling obituaries, I think you can find someone more professional than that to sell your house
Working with Gillani Homes multiple times has been an absolute pleasure. Dil and Vivian are experts in their field. They are easy to work with and attentive to their client’s needs. Dil is fabulous at his craft and excellent during negotiations. I would never think of using another firm. Both of our homes sold within three weeks and with satisfactory figures. I would highly recommend them.
This place contacts people in their time of great sadness to try to get their business. They are the same as ambulance chasing lawyers. Do not give them business.
