I am very pleased with the service provided by Gillander staff Bill and Mike They were very knowledgable, helpful, explained details well, were prompr and were very pleasant. I certainly reecommend the staff and company.
Replaced a gas line for us. From the quote to the install… was overall a great experience. Bill was very knowledgeable and honest. Travis did a great job with the install and was very professional.
We had Ryder come to the salon today! Couldn’t ask for a better service guy! Very polite young man and very thorough in his work! Went over and beyond the call of duty! This guy deserves a raise! Very professional! I would recommend this company and this guy especially in today’s society where excellent customer service has come few and far between!! Thank you Ryder.
Wow! From quote to completion, we were extremely happy with the entire experience. Joe came out to give a quote. The price point was excellent. The install was fast, clean, and professional. A follow up was done afterwards to go over the install and to make sure we were happy with everything or if we have any questions. We highly recommend Gillanders and will continue using them as our go-to HVAC company.
We purchased and had Gillanders install a mini split as part of a home renovation. The unit makes a "knocking" noise for about 5 seconds every minute and a "screeching tea kettle" sound every hour, it's awful and you can hear it through the wall to the other room. I don't believe this was installed properly. We have had them out 3x to try to fix it with no resolve. My last email to them went unanswered.
