Another company came to look at my furnace (which would run for 60 seconds then shut off), took one look at it and advised me to replace, without even knowing what the problem was. I called Gillanders for a second opinion. Not only did they get it running to properly diagnose the problem, but they also let me know the part that was the issue was covered under warranty for 20 years! I was put in touch with Bill Roberge and Sales, He’s very experienced and informative. He also set up a service call for me, In which the repair was made the same day. The service tech did a great job. He was in and out quick. Did it once over in my furnace, and the invoice still came in lower than the quote.. I couldn’t ask for more.
Was recommended by family. My furnace blower motor broke. I called to get a quote for a new furnace. Bill did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable gentleman and took the time to explain everything and no other company did that for me, as a female I really appreciated that. I highly recommend!
