I have a new build home that needed about 65k sq ft of lawn hydroseeded. From start to finish, John Schmersal and Mark Longaberger were very accommodating. The crews ended up coming to install a few days early which is usually great, however, my home builder still needed to bury my downspouts. This ended up making a mess and tearing up the hydroseed that was just installed. I live at Brookside Manor in Urbana. The "trimming crew" butchered my back porch. It was calm and tranquil and is now bare.🙁 I'm not happy with this work.

We had these folks aerate and over-seed yard right after winter. Our yard was a mess. Now….we have the best yard we ever had!! Would HIGHLY recommend them!!
