My family came to Gill Street to celebrate my brother’s graduation, and what should have been a great night was ruined by one bartender’s rude and unprofessional behavior. I recently turned 21 and am still waiting for my updated ID to arrive in the mail. The bartender refused to serve me because my ID was still vertical. If that is Gill Street’s policy, that’s their choice and I would have accepted that explanation.
