Been their customer for over 13 years. When I moved earlier this year I was told I would get a refund for the portion of the year I had left on the security agreement. That was over 4 months ago. When I inquire about the refund status I get a run around. Person I need to talk to is not there and they will call back. Never do. Was also told I had to wait until the end of the month.
