Terrible office communication. No response to calls, no follow-through on referrals or prescriptions. Very frustrating.
I had an appointment scheduled for today, 3/17/25 at 9 am. They never sent any reminders or follow up. I arrived at the address posted online and the doors were shut with the lights out. I called, and was told that location had been closed for one year. Further, the doctor I had an appointment with was on vacation, and they cancelled the appointment without telling me. These people never answer the phone, been trying to cancel an appt. Been calling for 3 days straight. But want to charge a fee not cancel!. Horrible service, will be changing providers because of this
