I had an appointment scheduled for today, 3/17/25 at 9 am. They never sent any reminders or follow up. I arrived at the address posted online and the doors were shut with the lights out. I called, and was told that location had been closed for one year. Further, the doctor I had an appointment with was on vacation, and they cancelled the appointment without telling me. These people never answer the phone, been trying to cancel an appt. Been calling for 3 days straight. But want to charge a fee not cancel!. Horrible service, will be changing providers because of this
waiting for refill last 10 days, still no response
Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean and well-kept. The Nurse Practitioner who saw me, Theresa, was detailed and quick. I recommend everyone to go to Gill Primary Care.
