We have never had a better bond cleaner!! Gill was able to fit us in at late notice and communication throughout the whole process was great. We were blown away with how clean Gill was able to make the property. We recieved our full bond back, no questions asked thanks to Gills amazing service!

If you are looking for a good cleaner in Brisbane, DO NOT go to Gill. If you do, you will be bitterly disappointed. Ironically called 5 star cleaners, MINUS 5 stars is too generous a score for them. There was a pile of dirt left outside my front door from the cleaners who visited my property. The inside of the kitchen cupboards were not cleaned. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service provided by this company. We hired them for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom bond cleaning, expecting a professional job. What we got was far from acceptable, both in terms of the quality of cleaning and the attitude of the worker. To begin with, the cleaners arrived 10 minutes late. This was a very mixed experience. Some things/areas were cleaned REALLY well, yet my shower wasn’t ever completely cleaned. I had sent a really thorough list via email, yet the team seemed surprised when they arrived by what needed to be done, and by the fact that the house was furnished and lived-in. It was all just a bit confusing.
