I’m incredibly disappointed with the service provided by this company. We hired them for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom bond cleaning, expecting a professional job. What we got was far from acceptable, both in terms of the quality of cleaning and the attitude of the worker. To begin with, the cleaners arrived 10 minutes late. This was a very mixed experience. Some things/areas were cleaned REALLY well, yet my shower wasn’t ever completely cleaned. I had sent a really thorough list via email, yet the team seemed surprised when they arrived by what needed to be done, and by the fact that the house was furnished and lived-in. It was all just a bit confusing. Pros: - The bond clean was reasonably priced and Gill charged me exactly the price he quoted - It was very easy to book. - I got my full bond back. Cons: - The cleaners were more than an hour late and they didn't let me know, so I was at the address waiting for them. I was generally happy with the overall bond clean – the place was left tidy and mostly to a good standard. However, communication was lacking. I wasn’t informed when the job was finished, and there was no follow-up to let me know they were unable to remove a specific stain that I had pointed out beforehand. Later, when the real estate raised some concerns about the clean, I reached out for clarification but never received a response. A bit more transparency and follow-up would have made a big difference
