We recently had to plan out the details for my father's memorial service. We met with Joe to work out the details and he answered all of our questions, even responding timely to our follow-up emails. On the day of the service, the staff was all very helpful with placing flowers, letting us know when timing was and what would happen next and managed the slideshow video and music for us, so we didn't have to do any of it. Dan, at Gill Brothers was a God send. I had initially gone to a larger, better known mortuary and it was a nightmare. They mishandled my husband’s remains and were dishont in their interactions with me and my family. Dan intervened on our behalf and turned a horror show into a caring experience. He worked with us and was very helpful without being intrusive. Saying goodbye to a loved one is a difficult and painful time. At Gill Brothers, the professionalism and genuine regarg of the staff was evident every step of the way.
