Mohammad Daifallah, Service Tech, came to our home to replace some windows that had a bit of condensation built up. (All the windows were installed by Gilkey 24 years ago.). Mohammad worked quickly and quietly, and I was able to continue to do my job, working from my home office. I didn’t notice how brittle some of my screens were getting so he suggested getting those replaced, which were also under warranty. I am so appreciative of Gilkey honoring their Warranty. Great experience. Everyone was very helpful and the men who did the installation did a great job. They covered the carpet, furniture, etc. and did a great job of cleaning up. I was very impressed.
Peter and Mykola did an A+ job with our nine window replacement. They were extremely professional, they answered our questions, and did a terrific job on clean up! Highly recommend!
