The Gilkey windows that were installed in my home a few years ago have given me horrible service due to a design defect making it necessary to replace the main weather stripping every year or two. Worse yet, after Gilkey repairs the windows for $100, they only cover the repair for 14 to 30 days! These windows leak like crazy and are bad news, and their idea of service is a bad joke. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Gilkey window company.

RecommendedFrom ordering, to measuring, to installing, Gilkey Windows was a pleasure to deal with! Their communication and reminders about appointments were helpful. In particular, the installation team of Marcen and Adam did a great job! I am so pleased with my new windows and very happy I chose a great company to do this job.
Great Products also they stand behind their Warranty,just moved in this Condo ,and saw the name of the windows. So I called,few screens holes and windows had fog .The Service man Name Steve was so so thoroughly and Professional and friendly . And took care what was needed. About 2 months later they came with all new screens and windows Also for my 2 Patio’s doors.! Kitchen I purchase my 16 Gilkey Windows less that a year ago and they have live up to what they say about their windows ,I purchase 16 triple panel windows which are truly soundproof they are well made and the installers were outstanding I have purchase windows in the pass but I can say I give Gilkey windows a five star rating and yes your gas and electric will go down my bill on a avg. was lower by 30%

We had 15 windows and 1 slider replaced. The installation was unbelievable. Here at 9 done at 3. You couldn’t even tell they were here. Cleaned up and vacuumed after themselves. Professional through and through. We had some issues with the screens and they were on top of it and fixed it right away. The windows themselves are AWESOME!!
