I purchased Gilkey Windows six or seven years ago and they are wonderful. They have a lifetime warranty against windows getting broken and they replace them immediately. I have had two instances where patio doors have been broken and I made one call each time and they ordered new glass and installed them totally free. I don’t know of any warranty as good as Gilkey Window Co. Their windows are the best and I was in Sharonville, Ohio and went to the Gilkey plant and met Mister Gilkey. Gilkeys service is unmatched! They are always dependable and thorough. So far, our warranty has covered all repairs needed even years later. We will always use them for future window needs.
We love everything about GILKEY! Service technician Chris Wolfe replaced the lock mechanism in our sliding door and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the new apparatus in a clear and concise way. Thanks GILKEY and you’ve got a real good one in Chris!
