I worked with Lisa about four years and there where times I felt my case was not going anywhere. She help me with my first hearing and with my appeal. I felt heard, and she was extremely patience with me. There were times where she needed to explain things to me more than once. With my memory being bad she had to explain things over and over again. I will always be grateful to her.
