I contracted with Gilfry to transport our Mini Horse from Denver to southern Oregon. 4 days before the scheduled pick-up date our horse had to be put down due to an unknown serious incurable health issue. Although I was told I only had to pay 50% up front, I was billed for the whole amount. I paid it in full within 24 hours. Per the contract I had to forfeit 50% of the agreed price because of canceling in less than 10 days prior to the "scheduled" pick-up. Bought Ms. Royal Pepper on June 28th, 2018 from Oklahoma kill pen Autumn and her husband picked Ms. Royal Pepper (Possum) up from lot on June 29th, 2018 at 8:03 am What a nightmare this has been from this transport Company beginning to present day 9/10/2018.
