Had this company do a fairly large project at our home. They removed carpet, baseboards, prepared tile, in order to put in new LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring and new baseboards throughout the house. I can’t say enough good things about dealing with this company. Upfront they were knowledgeable and patient (we had lots of questions) about the product and installation. Quite possibly the best experience with any business we’ve had. Felt comfortable and confident discussing flooring and appreciated the help and support. Would 100% recommend them to anyone buying new flooring. Also best prices in a flooring shop we’ve found!
I like to shop local whenever possible. I had several friends recommend Gilfords Abbey. They did a great job working with my price and timeline. I only did my bedroom for now. I will be back in the future for the rest of house.
I had the best experience getting new carpet from Gilford's. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently and completed the job in less time than originally planned. They cleaned up after they were done and moved the heavy furniture back into the correct places. Derek Gilford was extremely helpful in showing me the carpet styles and types. I love this new carpet and am so appreciative of the positive experience with Gilford's.
