I cannot speak highly enough of Gilford Health Centre. The staff are helpful, caring and professional, and I've never been disappointed in my communications with them. Easily the best surgery I've been registered with in decades. Thank you to everyone at Gilford Health Centre.
Cant see a doctor despite complex medical needs, GPs have no recollection of patient issues and always have to repeat every time, prescriptions constantly wrong! I had the cheek to voice dissatisfaction of service provided just to be kicked of the list in breach of all regulations, so i have had to raise a complaint via SPPG... Avoid at all costs as you wont get past the constantly changing reception team and excuses about changing systems!
Excellent service all the staff go the extra mile to make sure you are well looked after. In these times that has to be a fantastic achievement 👏
