Very disappointed in his ability to do the job correctly. We had ceramic tile he was to take up and clear flooring adhesive to lay vinyl planks. He was unable to remove mastic and choose to use a jack hammer instead of a floor scraper. He put many holes in the concrete, layed 2 layers of underlayment then the planks. Now the floor is splitting, sinking into the holes, and he wants over $900 more to correct his mistake!
