I’ve had good experience at the Giles-Christiansburg Pharmacy until today. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours, even sent to Christiansburg from Giles because they realized they didn’t have the full prescription (despite having me wait for 30 minutes). At Christiansburg after waiting for 15 minutes they gave me the wrong medication. There was 0 accountability for this ordeal.
I've loved these guys ever since I started using them about 5 or more years ago now. It doesn't matter which one of their pharmacies you visit, their service is beyond great and the workers in every one treat you with respect and courtesy always. They make sure you always have your meds on time and they will gladly help if any questions arise. Plus they also deliver your meds if you are unable to pick them up yourself. I would definitely recommend 10/10 all day, every day!
I love this pharmacy, everyone is so helpful and kind. The best thing that ever happened to Giles county.
