Friendly staff and top notch customer service. The staff is extremely helpful and genuinely care about the customers. They help with insurance issues over the counter items and will lead you in the right direction if they don't carry what you need.
I’ve had good experience at the Giles-Christiansburg Pharmacy until today. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours, even sent to Christiansburg from Giles because they realized they didn’t have the full prescription (despite having me wait for 30 minutes). At Christiansburg after waiting for 15 minutes they gave me the wrong medication. There was 0 accountability for this ordeal.
