I originally found Giles through a Google search. I needed to purchase a lawnmower for my mom. I live in Atlanta but wanted to find a retailer near my mom. I did what most people do and googled. Giles ratings and reviews really made them stand out and now I know why . From that very first phone conversation, the professionalism stood out. Giles is the BEST lawnmower repair I know. Their customer service is AWESOME!!!! Coy and Matt are very professional and whenever I have an issue they take care of it with no problem. Their attitude is always upbeat and makes you feel good walking in there. I will definitely tell everyone I know about their repair shop. Thanks again for everything.
