Staff wasn't friendly.
The Service Manager was informative from drop off through pick up.
Appointment issued in a timely fashion for my issue! My advisor even explained a feature in my vehicle that I didn’t even know I had. My seat warmer indicator was on and she came out to answer my question and explained that feature! Dean was very helpful and hopefully my vehicle issues have been resolved! I was able to get back to my office on time.
