Absolutely wonderful representatives sales and service. Everyone is so extremely kind and polite and had fun playing games while I waited.
Terrible experience in getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Waited 3 hours for information on when my vehicle would be ready. I finally went and inquired about the excessive time they were taking. They failed to notify me that they had completed what I’d gone there for.
Everything was done in timely manner.
The service Manager was very informative. She offered me a loaner car, but it was not necessary. Our parts will be in on August 7.
