Brought my truck in for routine service to keep the Giles lifetime power warranty. Jordan was extremely patient and helpful. She even went double check information I questioned with the manager to get it cleared up.
When my car was under warranty, I was having a lot of issues with the radio. After a LOT of going back and forth to the service center without any fix or information regarding the issue, they decided to blame my phone and say that my Bluetooth connection was faulty. They said they replaced the radio unit, but the issue persisted, and the service center front desk girl continued to insist that the issue is with my phone's Bluetooth.
