The lady Kathy at the front desk was unhelpful, very rude, and super insensitive during the difficult time of me just losing my husband. I would rather drive 20 hours to another monument store than give this place my time or money. They are lucky they are the only place in Waxahachie as I’m sure that’s the only way they are able to get any business.

Went in to look at headstones and ask questions since I had no previous experience with ordering one. Explained to the woman that I lost my mother-in-law in December and father-in-law on April 19th. She seemed like she didn't want me looking at the ones they had displayed, she followed behind me and kept telling me that I could find them all on their website.
