I referred Jason and his team to my grandmother in Anderson, for a vehicle. She called Monday the 10th and by that Tuesday morning before opening hours she was raving about the cost being lower than she expected. She got 2 keys for what she thought would be the price of one! And they were very quick and efficient. She is very impressed! Thank you Giles!
So happy I went to Giles today! Jason stayed open late for me the day before a holiday. He was able to make keys for my Chevy when the Redding dealership told me they didn't have the proper equipment to replicate my factory key. Jason also retrieved the portion of my key lost in the lock of my trunk within seconds! To top everything off, he taught me about my factory key and was friendly and helpful the entire time! I will definitely be returning to Giles for any future keys and locksmith needs!
