Bought test strips for my hot tub was told there were 100 strips in the pack , paid nearly £20 only to find out that there were only 50 strips, called the shop, he was very rude and not apologetic, did not offer a refund and said the price was still the same So much for me wanting to support my local shop, next time definitely ordering through amazon
